Guaranteed to be Sulfate-Free

Given Luster's commitment to developing products that promote whole mouth health, all of our toothpastes are sulfate-free. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, or SLS, is commonly found in oral care products and is a foaming agent that helps remove stains. However, SLS is known to promote canker sores by causing microscopic damage to oral tissue. Additionally, SLS can contribute to dry mouth, the biggest driver of bad breath.

Instead of SLS, Power White7 contains Crodasinic. This mild foaming agent ensures that your teeth are gently cleaned while guaranteeing that your mouth stays healthy.

Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils

Luster's Power White7 toothpastes contain therapeutic-grade essential oils for whole mouth health. Our specially formulated blend of 45 essential oils developed in Provence, France helps create a natural defense against the microbes that cause gum disease, gingivitis, and bad breath.

Normally, oils would not dissolve easily into toothpaste. As a result, Power White7's essential oils are encapsulated in powder form to ensure that they are evenly distributed in the paste and therefore evenly spread over your teeth and gums when brushing.

Active Dental Peroxide

Only one ingredient is known to safely whiten teeth: peroxide. Power White7 contains active dental peroxide to guarantee that you get long-lasting whiter teeth. Just as important, Luster has optimized the amount of active peroxide in its product—any less and the products would not whiten as well, any more and our users would experience tooth pain and/or sensitivity.

Only Use Mild Cleansing Agents

All toothpastes use cleansing agents to loosen and remove particles and stains from teeth. Sylodent, the cleansing agent used in Power White7 is especially mild, meaning that it gently scrubs away build-up while keeping your enamel safe. Using a more abrasive agent, which many other brands use, is like using sand paper on your teeth; it will remove build-up but it could also damage your tooth surface.

Plant-Based Glycerin

Glycerin is commonly found in toothpastes to help bind all of the ingredients together. However, unlike other toothpastes that often use synthetic and/or petroleum-based glycerin, Power White7 uses only natural, plant-derived glycerin. Because we are committed to natural whole mouth health, we always seek natural, plant-based ingredients.

Environmentally Friendly Toothpaste Packaging

Most commercially available toothpaste tubes are a laminate of a variety of materials which makes it very difficult for the tubes to biodegrade. In contrast, Power White7 use polypropylene-based tubes, meaning you get a toothpaste tube which not only preserves the strength of the product but can also be recycled.
